In this major renovation project, RHC began by moving a Hull residence 100 feet to a brand new foundation. Requiring significant engineering, the transition of the house went off smoothly and without problems. Once on it’s new reinforced foundation, the residence received an extensive remodel which included a new roof, all new storm rated windows, and an exterior resided in cedar shingles. On the interior, the house’s kitchen and bathrooms were completely renovated and updated. Finally, new flooring was installed and finished throughout.
